🧶 What Is Untwisted Thoughts?

Untwisted Thoughts: Leadership Edition is a collaborative strategy and team-building activity built for leaders who want more than another meeting. Teams work through a real organizational challenge together — researching it, adapting to unexpected shifts, refining their thinking, and pitching a solution — guided by four suits of cards, plus an optional 5th Tie Off suit for team debrief and reflection. The game can also be gamified with an optional scoring system, adding friendly competition and energy to every round. A typical session runs 45–60 minutes — a strong fit for a staff meeting, leadership retreat, department offsite, or strategic planning session.

Whether you're leading a corporate team, a school staff, or a district office, the format flexes to your challenge — a real budget decision, a process that isn't working, a rollout that needs buy-in, or any problem your team needs to think through together.
